Role Description

AO Globe Life is expanding our remote team and currently hiring. This opportunity suits recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, along with anyone who enjoys working in a people-focused, service-driven environment. • Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Cultivate long-term client relationships
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

Qualifications

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
• Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
• Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
