[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @Computershare

Role Description

This is a seasonal role expected to run through April 2027. Training and working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:30 am to 6:00pm ET.

Our Customer Success Specialists are at the heart of our contact center where your mission is simple: deliver high quality, empathetic, and exceptional service that makes a difference in people’s lives.

• Handle routine account updates and complex, time-sensitive transactions.
• Utilize interpersonal and problem-solving skills, supported by technology, to address inquiries from clients’ valued shareholders.
