Role Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage law
• Strong background in third-party coverage, including drafting coverage opinions and handling coverage litigation
• Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills
• Capable of managing multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and drafting coverage opinions
• Representing clients in coverage litigation matters
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and carriers
• Ensuring timely and high-quality work across all assignments

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage law
• Strong background in third-party coverage
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
