• Connect with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and vacation objectives
• Assist travelers in exploring destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and travel experiences
• Provide customized recommendations that align with client needs, expectations, and budgets
• Support the coordination of reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements
• Share travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and trip-related updates
• Assist with itinerary modifications, special requests, and travel-related concerns
• Review travel plans and booking information to help ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor active travel arrangements and assist with final preparations before departure
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and trip information
