Role Description

We are seeking personable, dependable individuals who enjoy working with customers and helping them create enjoyable vacation experiences. As a Client Holiday Advisor, you will serve as a point of contact for clients, helping them explore possibilities, understand available choices, and coordinate the vacation services they select.

• Build positive relationships with clients throughout the vacation-planning process
• Ask questions to understand individual interests, schedules, budgets, and expectations
• Explore vacation possibilities that align with each client's priorities
• Search for accommodations, resort packages, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other requested services
• Review available choices and identify options that provide an appropriate fit
• Share recommendations and explain relevant features, amenities, and inclusions
• Answer general questions about vacation products and reservation requirements
• Assist clients with selecting the services they would like to move forward with
• Arrange requested vacation components using authorized supplier resources
• Confirm that traveler information and reservation details have been entered correctly
• Maintain organized records of client selections, confirmations, and communications
• Keep clients aware of upcoming payments and other important deadlines
• Follow up on outstanding decisions, documents, or required information
• Provide helpful information and updates before departure
• Assist with standard reservation changes and client questions
• Continue expanding knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and current vacation offerings

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Friendly, clear, and professional communication
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail when working with important client information
• Comfortable conducting online research and reviewing multiple choices
• Ability to communicate vacation information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Able to manage multiple client requests and deadlines
• Reliable and self-directed when working remotely
• Comfortable using email, online communication tools, and web-based applications
• Willing to learn reservation platforms and supplier systems
• Reliable internet connection and compatible device
• Interest in continued professional learning
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or another qualifying region
