Role Description

We're looking for a motivated specialist who wants to build a career in payments and grow into a Merchant Support role - becoming the go-to person for our clients on everything related to payment processing and account management. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 1+ year of experience who want to grow their career, expand expertise, and gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing fintech industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce
• Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies
• English level - B2-C1 (written and spoken)
• Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems individually
• Adaptability to new patterns, quick-learner
• Comfortable working with SLAs/ticketing systems such as Jira

Requirements

• Nice to have: Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
• Nice to have: Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
