Role Description

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Support Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support while helping maintain efficient daily business activities. This is a fully remote opportunity suitable for individuals who have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and general operational support to the management team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with routine service requests.
• Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and business documentation.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and business activities.
• Organize and manage incoming correspondence, emails, and other communications.
• Perform data entry, document preparation, and information management.
• Coordinate routine administrative tasks and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Assist with internal communications and general office support.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and within established deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours
