[Hiring] Spanish Speaking Appointment Setter @Fortis

Role Description

We are looking for fluent Spanish speakers to join our client project with Smile2Impress, a dental care provider with clinics across Spain. In this role, you will contact potential patients who have expressed interest in a consultation through the company's website or social media channels. Your main responsibility will be to turn these enquiries into booked consultations and ensure that patients are reminded of their upcoming appointments.

• Contact potential patients who have submitted enquiries through the website or social media.
• Convert assigned leads into booked dental consultations.
• Make reminder calls to patients one day before their scheduled appointments to confirm attendance and ensure the appointment time is suitable.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Your own Computer.
• An Ethernet network cable connecting your router to your computer.
• A headset with a USB connection.
