[Hiring] Returns / Customer Care Coordinator @Turf Casa

Role Description

Help customers navigate returns and keep each request organized. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Collect order details and document return or product concerns.
• Explain approved return procedures and coordinate review by the appropriate team.
• Track on-site inspection findings and communicate authorized next steps to customers.

• Comfortable learning remote collaboration tools.
• Communicating with on-site teammates.
• Following approved processes.
