[Hiring] Customer Pickup Coordinator @Turf Casa

Role Description

Coordinate customer pickup arrangements with the on-site fulfillment team. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do:

• Confirm pickup requests, order details and customer contact information.
• Check readiness with the on-site team before communicating pickup arrangements.
• Track arrival updates and resolve scheduling questions through the appropriate team.

• Organized scheduling and reliable follow-through.
• Comfortable learning remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to communicate with on-site teammates and follow approved processes.
