AO | Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our growing team as Remote Client Services Representatives. You'll work virtually with individuals and families, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while providing exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.

• Support & Educate Clients
  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Listen to each client's needs, priorities, and questions
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
  • Help individuals and families understand their coverage choices
  • Provide clear, professional guidance so clients can make informed decisions
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment
  • Answer questions before, during, and after enrollment
  • Assist existing clients with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
  • Provide timely follow-up and ongoing client support
  • Create a positive, professional experience during every interaction
• Build Long-Term Relationships
  • Develop trust through honesty, professionalism, and consistent communication
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and their families
  • Identify changing client needs during future benefit reviews
  • Provide continued service throughout the client relationship
• Manage Your Remote Business
  • Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
  • Manage appointments and follow-up activities
  • Use Zoom and online systems to communicate with clients
  • Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Have reliable high-speed internet
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable meeting with clients virtually
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
