[Hiring] Premium Resolutions Partner @DoorDash USA

Role Description

As a Premium Resolution Partner, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for DoorDash for Business and Catering customers when the answer isn’t straightforward and the stakes are high. You’ll own complex customer issues from start to finish, working directly with customers across phone, video, and email to understand what happened, navigate the right path forward, and see the resolution through.

• Step in when a problem requires deeper investigation, cross-functional coordination, or ownership beyond a single interaction.
• Drive issues forward—digging into systems, bringing together the right partners, and staying with the customer until there’s a meaningful resolution.
• Work closely with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations, and other teams across DoorDash.
• Develop deep expertise in how products and operations work, advocate for customers, and turn insights from individual cases into improvements at scale.
• Support some of DoorDash for Business’s largest and most sophisticated customers, including Fortune 1000 companies.
• Help define how Premium Resolution works as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Fast learner who can quickly become proficient in new systems, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong judgment—knowing when to solve a problem independently or bring in the right partner.
• Clear, confident communicator who builds trust with customers and internal partners.
• Curiosity, humility, and a growth mindset—asking thoughtful questions and responding well to feedback.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and change, adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
