Role Description

As a Supervisor - Pharmacy Technician Support, you will be responsible for leading a remote team dedicated to providing high-quality customer service within pharmacy operations. Your role in our mission:

• Experience working with CRM systems, help desk software, and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
