[Hiring] Moderation Specialist @Mayflower

Role Description

As a Moderation Specialist, you would be contributing to the mission of ensuring a clean & safe platform by:

• Reviewing user generated content according to our community guidelines with speed and quality;
• Investigating and resolving internal and external reports;
• Escalating relevant issues to the appropriate stakeholders and collaborating with others to ensure our products' safety.

Qualifications

• English mastery: Upper intermediate level (C1);
• Ability to work in different shifts and days, including the night shift and weekend (40h per week);
• Attentive to details and able to follow strict guidelines;
• Good interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a trust & safety field (can be a plus);
• Mastery of other languages (can be a plus).
