Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist AS to join the Remote Support team, with the goal of providing excellent scientific and application support to customers, ensuring operational continuity and maximizing the value of our solutions.

Your mission:

• Be the point of reference for remote management of technical-scientific and application requests from customers, particularly in the field of Clinical Microbiology.
• Contribute to providing a high-level assistance experience through support, consulting, training, and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quick, effective responses oriented towards customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage remote requests, issues, and technical-scientific complaints related to company systems and solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Coordinate escalation activities to specialist support levels when necessary, monitoring cases until full resolution.
• Deliver training activities to customers and colleagues on systems, reagents, and application procedures.
• Prepare, update, and adapt training materials and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with other Customer Service functions to ensure integrated and quality support.
• Participate in proactive activities aimed at improving customer experience and customer loyalty.
• Contribute to monitoring customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical-scientific education, preferably in diagnostic, biological, or related fields, with a particular focus on Clinical Microbiology.
• Solid scientific and application skills, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Teamwork attitude and effective priority management.

Requirements

• Formazione tecnico-scientifica, preferibilmente in ambito diagnostico, biologico o affini, con particolare focus su Microbiologia Clinica.
• Solide competenze scientifiche e applicative, con forte orientamento al problem solving.
• Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione.
• Buone competenze informatiche.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione efficace delle priorità.
