What You'll Be Doing

• Schedule and confirm appointments with members who have requested information
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations using a clear, structured process
• Explain available benefit programs in an easy-to-understand way
• Answer questions and help members understand their available options
• Assist with digital applications and documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate
• Maintain organized records and update member information
• Complete follow-up communication when additional assistance is needed
• Provide a professional and positive experience throughout the entire process

The position combines customer service, communication, organization, and relationship building in a structured remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and approachable personality
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, video conferencing, and online forms
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn and respond positively to coaching
• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
• No industry experience is necessary. Full training is provided.
