Role Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Prepare accurate quotes and process invoices.

• Support customer inquiries and update records accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience leading a team or taking on leadership responsibilities in a project or department.
• Can demonstrate ability to coach, mentor, or support growth of others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
