Role Description

The Marketing Inquiry Response Associate checks the current campaign information, gives a factual routine answer, and routes individual service questions. The job is full-time and remote, pairing customer service replies with office administration records of incoming responses.

• Understand which message prompted the question.
• Ask for the relevant link or reference when needed and compare it with the approved brief.
• Provide published resources for general program information.
• Route pricing or account-specific issues to specialists.
• Record the person's actual question and the answer or owner assigned.
• Follow the contact preference process for opt-out requests.
• Provide feedback for the campaign team without sharing full private conversations.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or office administration experience is welcome.
• Training is provided covering campaign resources, online records, and consent.
• Clear writing and respect for a person's contact choice matter.

• Full-time remote position at $30 per hour.
