• Routing decisions about terms, dates, or charges to authorized specialists.
• Handling customer frustrations with empathy and clarity.
• Maintaining accurate records of requests and their statuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration is beneficial.
• Ability to read closely and communicate respectfully.
• Comfort with email and online record-keeping.

Requirements

• Training will cover service categories, privacy rules, and handoff processes.
• Must be able to handle sensitive requests and maintain confidentiality.
