Role Description

EngageCX is a virtual call center offering those dedicated to working from home options since 2009 (formerly ViaSource Solutions). Once you have submitted your application, you will be prompted to begin the self-paced equipment certification and interview process.

Our campaigns primarily run Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. We have a variety of shift offerings available to select from.

EngageCX offers weekly direct deposits once set up in payroll, which takes two full weeks.

What you'll do

• Handling a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls from healthcare recipients in a fast-paced remote call center environment
• Efficiently collecting and verifying caller information while maintaining call flow and productivity standards
• Assessing interest and pre-qualifying callers against established eligibility and compliance criteria
• Clearly and concisely communicating plan-related information and next steps within the required call time targets
• Accurately documenting interactions and outcomes in CRM and call systems
• Warm-transfer qualified and interested callers to licensed insurance agents to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Prior survey or call center experience preferred
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a clear, confident speaking voice and strong command of the English language
• Excellent communication and call control skills; ability to follow standardized scripts while delivering high-quality customer service
• Ability to work in a distraction-free, secure, and quiet remote work environment
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications, email platforms, and keyboarding/typing skills
• Comfortable navigating and managing multiple applications simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to successfully pass a felony and HIPAA-compliant background check (conducted at no cost to the applicant; no credit check required)

• Newer Desktop PC or Laptop (Sorry, Macs, Chromebooks, tablets, and school computers are prohibited)
• Windows 11
• Minimum 8.0 GB of Available RAM
• Minimum of 1 GB of Physical Available Memory
• Dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
• Working Webcam available for use
• Must be hardwired to your internet using an Ethernet cord
• Use of wireless, Satellite connections, or VPNs is prohibited
• Minimum 50 Mbps download, 35 Mbps upload, and a ping of 10 or less, with 99% connectivity to the internet provider
• Laptop users must have and use an external keyboard and mouse
