Beta Software Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Listening Specialist to join our team in Remote Team In New York. As a Listening Specialist, you will:

• Monitor and review user feedback across multiple channels and platforms
• Analyze customer communications to identify recurring themes and pain points
• Document and categorize insights in a clear, structured manner
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to share key findings
• Escalate critical issues and trends to the appropriate stakeholders promptly
• Contribute to reports and summaries that inform product decisions
• Maintain accurate records of feedback and follow-up actions
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay informed about industry trends in software and user experience
• Support quality assurance efforts by identifying usability concerns
