Role Description

We are looking for a Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Agent to come and join our team. Based in Greece, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries remotely, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Japanese, both written and verbal
• High level of English
• Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Valid EU passport
• Must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there
