Role Description

As a Summer Work and Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the account management and sales activities for the team. The position focuses on providing exceptional customer service by:

• Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents.
• Delivering training on processes, program rules, and in-country activities.
• Performing outreach to prospects to help increase job sales within a region.
• Providing ongoing support to host employers by navigating participant-related issues, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on best practices.
• Recruiting and interviewing participants on behalf of employers.
• Leading and contributing to assigned projects and collaborating across teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Traveling domestically and internationally as required to support business needs and program activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of previous customer success or customer service experience required.
• International study/work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with incredible attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong ability to multitask while overseeing daily project management.
• Energetic and team-oriented.
