Role Description

We are seeking polished, relationship-driven individuals to join our remote team as High-Touch Client Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with clients who value personalized attention, clear communication, and well-coordinated vacation planning.

You will help guide clients from their initial ideas through final arrangements by:

• Researching suitable options
• Organizing requested services
• Providing consistent follow-up along the way

Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Comfortable researching and comparing multiple vacation options
• Able to manage several client requests, follow-ups, and deadlines
• Willingness to learn supplier platforms, digital tools, and new processes

• Adaptable and resourceful when client needs or arrangements change
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying country

Requirements

• Learn about each client's destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and individual requests.
• Research premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
• Coordinate selected arrangements and keep booking details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized and current.
• Maintain attentive communication by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or special requests.
• Review arrangements for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain detailed client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
