Role Description

We are expanding our remote network and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, exploring vacation possibilities, and helping clients turn their getaway ideas into organized plans. As a Client Getaway Advisor, you will serve as a resource for travelers looking for guidance with their vacation arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing positive client relationships through professional and responsive communication
• Gathering information about desired destinations, vacation styles, schedules, budgets, and individual preferences
• Matching client interests with appropriate vacation products and destination possibilities
• Using approved online resources to locate accommodations, cruises, packages, activities, and transportation options
• Analyzing available offerings to identify suitable combinations of services
• Creating personalized getaway recommendations based on client requests
• Discussing relevant vacation features, available options, pricing considerations, and reservation guidelines
• Assisting clients throughout the selection process by answering questions and clarifying details
• Processing requested arrangements using authorized supplier reservation systems
• Reviewing booking information carefully to confirm that traveler details and selected services are correct
• Maintaining organized digital files containing client preferences, reservation confirmations, and relevant documentation
• Keeping track of booking requirements, deposit schedules, and final payment deadlines
• Providing timely communication regarding reservation progress and outstanding requirements
• Sharing important preparation information and booking updates before departure
• Helping clients address general reservation questions and standard adjustment requests
• Maintaining contact with clients when follow-up or additional information is needed
