As a Partner Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with business partners to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot product-related issues, and deliver tailored solutions that help optimize their performance.

• Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via ticketing system and regular outbound calls
• Deliver outstanding partner service
• Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
• Identify and understand partner needs
• Work as a trusted point of contact for partners

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in technology, software, and technical troubleshooting
• Comfortable working with computers, technical platforms, and multiple software applications
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Previous experience in technical support, IT, customer success, partner support, or consulting is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria
