Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or B2B advisory role, ideally within Customer Support Services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in German.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with modern business communication platforms.
