Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is strictly required.
• Professional proficiency in English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly advantageous.
• Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization for Bulgaria.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
