Role Description

Are you a fluent Finnish speaker with a passion for helping customers? Join our team as a Finnish-Speaking Customer Service Agent supporting Canon, one of the world's leading imaging and technology brands. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Greece, offering you the flexibility to work from home while delivering customer support to Finnish-speaking customers.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with:

• Product inquiries
• Troubleshooting
• Order-related questions
• General support

You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you succeed in your role.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Finnish, both written and verbal
• High level of English
• Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Valid EU passport
• Must be either living in Greece or willing to relocate
