This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing logistics, balancing competing priorities, resolving challenges, and helping teams succeed. From coordinating travel arrangements and equipment bookings to resolving service issues and supporting quality control, you’ll play an important role in keeping field operations organized, efficient, and on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of experience preferred in customer service, call center operations, travel coordination, retail merchandising, field operations, logistics, or another high-volume, service-focused environment.
• Previous experience coordinating hotel, airline, and rental car bookings preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience using email, word processing applications, and online tools.
• Ability to quickly learn internal software applications used for service tracking, travel management, and resource coordination.

• Flexibility to provide weekend support when business needs require it.
• Comfort learning new technology, navigating online platforms, and using internal systems to track requests and coordinate resources.

Benefits

• Full-time Competitive Annual Salary: $50,000–$60,000.
• Work Schedule: 10am-7pm PST Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday or 10am-7pm PST Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday.
• Remote Work Environment: Work from home while supporting field operations across multiple locations.
