Role Description

As a Remote Client Success Team Lead, you'll provide exceptional support to clients while developing the leadership skills needed to advance within our organization. Working in a fully virtual environment, you'll collaborate with teammates, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a culture centered on service and continuous growth.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Answer questions regarding available benefit programs and coverage options
• Assist clients with enrollment and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an outstanding client experience
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and professional training
• Help foster a positive, supportive, and growth-focused team culture
