Role Description

You will help Dutch-speaking customers with banking services, payments, cards, investments and account management.

What you'll do

• Provide professional customer assistance
• Answer questions about banking, payments and cards
• Support investment and account-related enquiries
• Troubleshoot transactions and app-access problems
• Escalate complex cases to specialised teams

Qualifications

• Dutch C1/C2 or native level — mandatory
• English B2 level or higher — mandatory
• EU citizenship and valid EU passport — mandatory
• High School Diploma — mandatory
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer orientation
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility for rotational schedules

Requirements

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Rotational schedule Monday–Sunday
• 24/7 project operating hours
