Role Description

Step into the field of secure digital finance and global e-commerce! We are searching for an engaging, service-driven Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the dedicated voice for Dutch-speaking account holders and commercial clients representing an iconic online payments platform.

In this role, you will assist customers with:

• Transaction inquiries
• Account security checks
• Digital wallet features
• Platform guidelines

Ensuring every interaction reflects elite service standards and total reliability.

Qualifications

• Fluent C1/C2 command of Dutch (written and spoken)
• Solid B2 working proficiency in English
• Physical residence in Portugal backed by valid working rights, active NIF, and NISS credentials
• A quiet home work environment with a stable, high-speed internet connection
• Prior experience in customer support, financial helpdesks, or e-commerce environments
• Strong active listening capabilities
• Natural empathy
• Aptitude for multitasking across digital platforms
• Structured detail orientation
• Sound emotional intelligence

Requirements

• 100% remote position within Portugal
• Must already live in the country
• Possess active legal work entitlement
• Active NIF and NISS

Benefits

• Salary: €1,100 gross/month base
• Performance/attendance incentive: €80 gross/month
• Daily meal stipend: €7.63 net per worked day (issued via a dedicated meal card)
