• Maintain a deep knowledge base of current Fitness & Wellness industry trends to better assist in personalized user experiences.
• Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for product usability within the Fitbit ecosystem.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient communication via phone, email, and live chat.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to fitness data accuracy and app integration.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• A genuine interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and active, healthy lifestyles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly.
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support is considered an advantage.
