Role Description

We are looking for an articulate, driven Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for our Dutch client base, account holders, and online merchants.

In this role, you will address incoming queries covering:

• Digital transactions
• Account management
• Virtual wallet functionality
• Platform security

Ensuring every interaction reflects elite financial service standards.

Important Note: This is a 100% remote position based in Portugal. Candidates must physically reside in Portugal with valid work authorization, active NIF, and NISS documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent C1/C2 level of Dutch (written and verbal)
• Strong B2 professional proficiency in English
• Current residence in Portugal supported by full working rights, NIF, and NISS numbers
• A quiet home workspace featuring a fast, dependable internet connection

Requirements

• Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from Dutch account holders, offering clear, secure solutions
• Walk users through digital wallet capabilities, transaction logs, account settings, and online platform tools
• Carefully log, update, and track all customer communications, case records, and follow-ups within our CRM infrastructure
• Partner with regional helpdesks, risk management, and back-office technical departments to resolve escalated financial cases promptly
• Uphold exceptional standards of professional courtesy, trust, and accuracy representing a premier financial technology brand

Benefits

• Salary: €1,100 gross/month base + €80 gross/month attendance bonus + €7.63 net/day meal allowance
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Fixed schedule, no rotation, weekends completely off!)
