Role Description

Debit Card Support Agent (Independent Contractor) Work from home - $14/hour

• Minimum Hours: Must work a minimum of 25 hours each week. There is no maximum.

  • Phase 1 Period - Perfect Attendance Training Bonus: $1000
  • Phase 2 Period: $13/hour
  • Pay Rate after Training & Certification: $14/hour
• Training Schedule Options: Monday to Friday
  • 9 AM – 3 PM or 4 PM – 10 PM

Provide inbound customer support assisting customers with debit card activities such as activations, balance checks, lost or stolen cards, funds transfers, and similar transactions. Receive free training to navigate high tech software and become certified on client platform. Perfect attendance bonus for training ($1000).

This role is in high demand, and Aviso Agents will be making a positive impact. Please note that Agents will not work on the following days for this particular role:

• Veteran's Day - November 11th
• Thanksgiving Day - November 26th
• Day After Thanksgiving - November 27th
• Cyber Monday - November 30th
• Christmas Day - December 25th
• New Year's Day - January 1st

Qualifications

• Must be available to work at least 25 hours each week.
• Must be tech savvy with ability to follow instructions and use multiple software systems according to customer process and training.
• Must have high emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
• Must be professional with clear communication, empathy, patience and effectiveness.
• Able to adapt to customer needs and provide optimal service especially when a customer may have low digital or financial literacy.
• 10-year background check and a standard drug screen.
