Role Description

Our Client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support and Order Fulfillment Specialist to provide direct operational and administrative support to company leadership. Acting as a central liaison for customer interactions and logistics management, this professional will handle multi-channel customer inquiries, perform fraud prevention checks, manage purchase orders (POs), coordinate freight shipping, and track order fulfillment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Customer Support
  • Delivers prompt, helpful, and professional customer service across phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Resolves customer inquiries regarding product lines, order statuses, and basic technical questions with a consultative approach.
  • Documents all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions accurately within company CRM platforms.
• Order Processing & Shipping Logistics
  • Reviews and processes incoming e-commerce orders with high precision and attention to detail.
  • Conducts risk assessments and fraud prevention checks to safeguard both customers and business operations.
  • Generates purchase orders (POs), inputs data into internal order systems, and collaborates with warehouse teams and vendors to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Coordinates shipping logistics with freight carriers, proactively communicating transit updates and delivery statuses to customers.
• Operational & Administrative Support
  • Assists executive leadership with special operational projects, process improvement initiatives, and workflow optimizations.
  • Adapts flexibly to shifting operational priorities, maintaining strict organization across concurrent support and logistics tasks.
  • Participates in a comprehensive one-month training program covering internal software, product catalog details, and order management SOPs.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or order processing operations.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills with clear, accent-neutral phone communication and professional email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle order entry, purchase order generation, carrier coordination, and data verification with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with web-based platforms, email systems, and a fast-learning approach toward internal CRM and order management software.
  • Full-time availability to complete an 8.5-hour shift daily, Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM US Pacific Time (PT).
  • Dedicated, quiet home office, high-performance computer setup, and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce fraud detection and order risk evaluation.
  • Prior experience or background in the solar, electrical, hardware, or renewable energy industries.

• Compensation of $1,300 – $1,500 USD/month (negotiable based on experience).
