Role Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, messaging platforms, the ticketing system, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure they are fully resolved
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
• Handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
• Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals
• Maintain high-quality standards when handling customer inquiries

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in speaking Bahasa Melayu
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• High level of professionalism
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with other departments
• Own a laptop and have a stable, reliable internet connection
• Have a dedicated and quiet workspace suitable for remote work
