[Hiring] Customer Engagement Executive @SEAhub Asia

Role Description

The Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) is responsible for providing end-to-end support to members while ensuring a smooth, professional and consistent customer experience. The CEE handles daily customer enquiries, supports customer transactions, manages customer journeys, provides VIP support and identifies appropriate opportunities for soft sales. The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, communication skills and willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the team.

• Customer Support: Handle member enquiries end-to-end and provide accurate, timely and professional assistance.
• Customer Journey: Ensure a smooth customer experience and follow up on cases until resolution.
• Soft Sales: Identify suitable opportunities to engage members and drive sales while maintaining service quality.
• Transaction: Handle transaction cases, verify information and coordinate with relevant teams.
• VIP Support: Provide personalised support and timely follow-up for VIP members.
• Team & Operations: Follow SOPs, maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ownership & Improvement: Take responsibility for assigned cases, learn from feedback, identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales and customer service-related role, with prior Live Chat support experience being an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric, results-driven, and disciplined approach.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work 9-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays, across a 5-day workweek.
• Must possess a personal laptop and have access to a stable, high-speed internet connection.
