[Hiring] Customer Support Officer @Rekindly Studio

Role Description

We are hiring for an international Forex and CFD trading company. You will support Japanese-speaking clients throughout their trading journey, from opening their account to using the trading platform day to day.

Your first 3 months take place in Cyprus for training, with flights and accommodation covered. After that, you return to Japan and work fully remotely from home.

What you will do

• Help clients open and manage their trading accounts
• Answer client questions by email, phone and internal chat
• Make welcome calls and follow-ups
• Explain the company's trading platforms and services
• Handle back-office and account-related requests
• Help with technical issues, including MetaTrader troubleshooting
• Handle complaints professionally and quickly
• Work with internal teams to solve client issues
• Occasionally help with marketing translations and events

Qualifications

• Native Japanese
• Fluent English (B2 minimum)
• University or college degree
• Based in Japan
• Available for a 3-month training period in Cyprus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools
• Call center experience is a plus

Requirements

• Freelance / B2B contract
• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 JST
