Role Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who genuinely cares about people and enjoys turning questions and challenges into positive customer experiences.

As part of the Lev Haolam team, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our customers, helping them with subscriptions, orders, accounts, and general questions. You’ll represent the Lev Haolam brand in every interaction and help make sure our customers feel heard, valued, and connected to what we do.

What you will do:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, primarily by phone (approximately 60%) and email (approximately 40%).
• Provide friendly, empathetic, and efficient support for questions related to subscriptions, orders, billing, accounts, and shipping.
• Manage customer accounts, billing, and shipping information using Zoho CRM and ERP systems (Priority, Odoo).
• Handle customer calls using JustCall and Zoho Voice.
• Work closely with Logistics, Marketing, and IT to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Moderate and engage with customers across our social media platforms.
• Identify recurring customer issues and proactively suggest ways to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Help ensure every customer interaction reflects Lev Haolam’s values and commitment to our community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, call center, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+) - both written and spoken.
• Basic Hebrew (A1–A2) is an advantage, but not required.
• Genuine empathy and a people-first approach to customer interactions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes.
• A genuine interest in growing with the team and contributing to a meaningful mission.

Work Conditions

• Remote-first, full-time position.
• Working hours: Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Israel time.
• Cooperation under a B2B / independent contractor agreement, or employment in Israel.
• 24 paid vacation days per year.
