[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @MineHub

Role Description

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager, fluent in Spanish, who's comfortable working with both enterprise and medium-size clients. You'll be responsible for creating transformative, long-term success for our customers as they adopt MineHub’s products across their organization. We're a small team, so you'll often work independently, understanding a customer's business and technical problems and making them successful on our platform. The role is highly cross-functional: you'll collaborate across CS, Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer-facing aspects of new implementations for major enterprise accounts — from onboarding and configuration to go-live and beyond — coordinating multiple stakeholders across procurement, operations, and IT.
• Set goals and priorities together with your customers, then build and execute the plans needed to achieve those outcomes.
• Help customers and individual users get the most from our products and features: removing friction, improving productivity, and increasing satisfaction.
• Introduce new features and solutions to customers, and channel their feedback back to Product on what's working and what isn't.
• Grow revenue from your accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, and protect revenue by reducing churn risk through an outstanding customer experience. (This is not a quota-carrying role.)
• Advocate for your customers internally: driving product improvements, delivering on feature commitments, developing case studies, and helping eliminate bugs.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (native or professional-level) and strong professional English.
• Comfortable with technical topics; able to explain data automations and logistics workflows confidently.
• Experience managing large, complex, enterprise-level accounts, including multiple stakeholders and multi-phase rollouts.
• Go above and beyond for customers, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Self-starter who embraces ambiguity and iterates through ideas to find solutions.
• Ability to build relationships at multiple levels of an organization.
• Solution-oriented; seeks to understand customer problems and propose options using our products and services.
• Project management skills, balancing proactive and reactive work across multiple customers.
