Role Description

We're looking for dependable, people-focused individuals who can provide clear communication, thoughtful support, and a positive experience for clients in a remote setting. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll assist with:

• Questions, updates, scheduling needs, service requests, and general coordination.
• Helping clients understand next steps and keeping important information organized.
• Handling requests accurately and professionally.
• Light reservation support or planning details involving accommodations, activities, transportation, or scheduled services.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
