Role Description

As a Remote Appointment Setter / Phone Booker, your primary responsibility is helping interested applicants successfully reach the next stage of the recruiting process. This includes:

• Contacting newly interested applicants
• Confirming they still want to learn more
• Helping them understand the next step
• Scheduling interviews and career overviews
• Confirming appointment details
• Reminding candidates about upcoming appointments
• Following up with candidates who have not yet scheduled
• Reconnecting with applicants who missed an appointment
• Helping interested candidates reschedule
• Keeping candidate records and calendars organized

Your work directly supports candidate engagement, interview attendance, and recruiting results.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have reliable high-speed internet

• Have dependable phone capability
• Have a working microphone or headset
• Maintain a quiet and professional calling environment
• Be comfortable making frequent outbound calls
• Communicate clearly through phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Be reliable with follow-up
• Be comfortable working toward appointment and activity goals
