In this role, you will:

• Communicate directly with clients to learn about their needs, preferences, schedules, budgets, and expectations.
• Research available options and organize important information.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Provide timely communication, answer questions, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Respond to new and existing client inquiries.
• Schedule consultations and gather necessary information.
• Research and compare available options.
• Prepare customized recommendations and coordinate reservations.
• Review details for accuracy and maintain organized client records.
• Communicate important updates and follow up with clients as needed.
• Assist clients with questions before and after their arrangements have been confirmed.

Previous experience in this industry is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the systems and processes used in the role.
