Role Description

Customer Communications Management (CCM) using SmartComm (Thunderhead).

We do not have any other alternative for this as the customer position requirement is specifically for SmartComm skillset only.

• 7 to 12 years in Customer Communications Management (CCM) using SmartComm (Thunderhead).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong skills in JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of SmartComm modules like Data Modeler, Draft Editor, and Review Now.
• Domain: Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) is highly preferred.
• Lead Teams: Guide offshore developers, check code quality, and assign tasks.
• Design Templates: Create reusable digital forms and letters using tools like the Advanced Template Designer.
• Data Mapping: Connect form fields to data using formats like XML, JSON, and XPath.
• System Integration: Link SmartComm with larger systems like Guidewire or Salesforce via APIs.
• Review & Testing: Test templates to make sure customer letters, policies, and bills are accurate and compliant.
