• Explore destinations and identify experiences that match client requests
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and packages
• Present suitable choices based on preferences, dates, and spending range
• Provide helpful information about amenities, inclusions, and available offers
• Assist with coordinating chosen services through approved supplier platforms
• Organize confirmations, schedules, and essential trip information
• Monitor payment dates, required documentation, and other planning deadlines
• Stay in contact with clients and provide timely updates
• Review reservation information to ensure details are correct
• Support routine adjustments and client questions when needed
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and arrangements
