We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Finnish Speaking Consumer protection customer experts position in Greece. This critical role within the insurance industry allows you to leverage your linguistic skills to provide essential support and advocate for consumer rights in a vibrant, international business environment.

• Provide expert advisory services regarding insurance policy coverage and consumer protection standards.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries concerning claims, policy terms, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while ensuring all insurance documentation is handled with accuracy.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking clients navigating insurance claims.
• Monitor and analyze consumer protection trends within the insurance industry to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to international insurance laws.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction scores through empathetic and efficient problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong command of the English language for corporate reporting and training purposes.
• Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or related financial sectors is highly preferred.
• A deep understanding of consumer protection regulations and an ethical approach to client advocacy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex insurance jargon for the consumer.
