Role Description

We are seeking a Client Services Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, helping customers improve workflows, adopt Axuall solutions, and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Bring healthcare, workflow, and product expertise to understand customer needs.
• Design future-state workflows and guide organizational change.
• Optimize how customers use Axuall solutions.
• Translate customer objectives into effective workflows.
• Provide consulting expertise throughout implementation, adoption, and optimization.
• Measure success by improving customer workflows and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, consulting, implementation, or customer success; healthcare credentialing or provider operations experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong consulting and solutioning skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge with the ability to develop deep expertise in Axuall products and customer workflows.
• Experience guiding customers through workflow transformation, adoption, and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities across multiple customer engagements.

Requirements

• Lead workflow discovery to understand customer processes, challenges, goals, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and recommend future-state workflows leveraging Axuall solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across customer engagements.
• Manage workflow and solution workstreams within customer engagements.
• Guide customers through workflow and organizational change.
• Develop and lead targeted adoption and optimization strategies.
• Assess utilization, adoption, workflow performance, and customer outcomes.
• Own the quality and effectiveness of workflow and solution recommendations.
• Develop and share reusable workflow patterns, playbooks, and best practices.
• Bring customer insights back to Axuall to inform product improvements.
