Role Description

The Campaign Response Log Assistant keeps incoming responses organized so the right team can act. This remote marketing support role focuses on:

• Managing an online response queue
• Accurate status notes
• Courteous first replies within approved guidance

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing replies in the assigned online campaign inbox
• Matching each response to the correct contact and campaign record
• Categorizing questions, corrections, opt-outs, and other requests under approved rules
• Sending a standard acknowledgement where appropriate
• Routing detailed questions to an authorized product or service colleague
• Preserving a clear history of what was received and when it was handed off
• Flagging duplicate or conflicting contact information for review
• Summarizing unresolved response types for the campaign team

This role requires:

• Comfort with email, online records, written instructions, and respectful follow-up
• Willingness to learn categories, response language, and consent process

This is remote work, on a full-time schedule. A home office or similar private workspace is necessary for managing contact records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration is beneficial
• No prior marketing job required; training is available for candidates with little formal experience
